Welding automation development

With the new Japanese high-tech welding equipment, we significantly increase our production efficiency and accuracy. The robot arm suspended on a rail-mounted console is a 1.5 ton load capacity "L" positioner. With the help of the rotating support, a total of 5.5 m long workpieces can be welded, with a repetition accuracy of 0.08 mm. Currently, one of the most modern robotic welding equipment in Hungary is equipped with the necessary sensors to ensure welding quality. The use of such a professional welding robot is an extraordinary motivation and opportunity to adapt to the digital age ahead. Another interesting thing is that the electricity for the robot is supplied by our own 100KV solar power plant, which means that we weld our steel structures together with solar energy without burning fossil fuels.
